- Testing of Emergency Alarms to make sure it’s in good working order. - Testing the Thermostat to ensure accurate reading. - Attic inspection to avoid pest infiltration of the rental property. - Basement Ventilation checking to prevent mold growth and installation of dehumidifier to keep the rental home clean and dry. - Pipe inspection. Making sure that pipes are property sealed to avoid leaks.

Additionally, look for signs of mold or water damage around windows and door frames. - Gutters Clean Up. Removing any debris. Applicable for units that are surrounded by certain types of trees such as pines.Gutter cleaning may need to occur every few months. - Outdoor faucet and hookups. Turning off the outside water supply to ensure no water that could possibly freeze and burst. - Chimney Cleaning. Reducing the risk of carbon monoxide poisoning and fires. - Snow Removal – We planned this task early to ensure safety. We have reputable vendors to do the job quickly once winter hits.
